This section is designed to assist Pennsylvania District Club officers in their responsibilities and duties. If you have any questions, please contact your Lt. Governor.

According to Article XII of the District Bylaws, all clubs within the Pennsylvania District must conduct officer elections not more than two (2) months prior to the District Convention, and no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the District Convention. The elected officers may not officially dispense the duties of their respective offices until at least one day after District Convention.
