Build a Key Club

Build a Key Club

Key Club is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. It’s an international student-led organization that teaches leadership through serving others. Clubs are chartered in partnership with a Kiwanis club and a school or community-based organization serving high school students. A school-based club can form without a Kiwanis sponsor, if one is not available.

If you are interested in building a Key Club, please first contact District Administrator Bob Orlando.

Learn more about Key Club Sponsorship
For more information about starting a Key Club, request the Key Club introductory kit. This guide introduces Key Club to interested individuals. The information can be used by community leaders and Kiwanis members to share information about Key Club with potential members and administrators interested in chartering a Key Club.

Charter a Club
For complete chartering materials when a school or community-based organization has agreed to build a Key Club, check out the online Key Club chartering toolkit. The information will assist advisors and community members to develop young leaders by chartering a Key Club.
