EXECUTIVE BOARD
District Governor Lily Kasa
Lily is an ambitious, grounded, and compassionate senior at Wyoming Area Secondary Center. Having joined Key Club in 9th grade, this is her third year on the District Board - and she cannot wait! This year, Lily is so excited to bring positive energy and an increased unity among clubs in the District to the Board. Her favorite service project is H and K Autism Awareness at Pocono Raceway - where money is raised for autism awareness through a race. Outside of Key Club, Lily is active in STEM Club, competitive cheerleading and tennis. A fun fact about her is that her favorite weird food combo is old bay and popcorn. If you’d like to contact Lily, please email her at [email protected].
Secretary/Treasurer: Nick Parenti
Nick Parenti, a senior at Freeport Area High School, is a Key Club member known for his easy-going nature, hard working attitude, and creative approach. His favorite Key Club memory is Awakathon, a 12-hour event filled with service activities and bonding. Aside from Key Club, Nick is involved in Tri-M Honors Society, Mock Trial, Chess Club, Student Council, and many different band related programs - such as PMEA Districts and Regionals. For the upcoming term, Nick aims to expand the knowledge of Key Club in the district and involve members in as many events as possible. He also plans to reactivate multiple clubs in his division that haven’t been active for a long time. If you’d like to contact Nick, please email him at [email protected].
District Editor Katie Gaalswyk
Katie G is a driven, insightful, and adaptive senior at Manheim Township High School. This is her second year on the District Board and her first year on the Executive Board. Her favorite Key Club memories include working as a snap pea for a service event, having all the power go out at Key Leader, and the Lititz Chocolate Walk - where Key Clubbers assist the local Kiwanis club in creating an event where people can get chocolate samples around town. Additionally, a fun fact about Katie is that she has her certificate in seamanship and sailing. Finally, Katie’s goals for the 2024/25 year include making the website more user-friendly and creating more engagement on the District level. If you’d like to contact her, please email Katie at [email protected].
