Are you looking for ways to develop your personal leadership skills and learn more about yourself and Key Club? There are many opportunities in your state/provinces and beyond to meet other Key Club members and broaden your service experiences.

In Your Backyard

Division or President Council Meetings

Lt. Governors lead three to 10 meeting each year. This is a great time to update, education, and train Key Club officers and advisors, as well as potential club leaders, within the geographic region.

Club Officer Training Conferences

Lt. Governors hold annual training sessions for club officers at divisional training conference or other prearranged meeting. Training topics include positional leadership, committee structure, how to lead meetings, and service opportunities.

In Your State

Key Leader

Key Leader is a Kiwanis weekend leadership education program for high school students. Its mission is to provide a life-changing experience that inspires young people to achieve their personal best through service leadership. Key Club members and nonmembers can attend this inspiring leadership weekend.

District Convention

Learn new service projects, meet new Key Clubbers, and attend interesting workshops. The convention is held annually and lasts three days.

International Opportunities

International Convention

Join 1,600 Key Club members and advisors to celebrate our year of service. Held annually in July, the purpose of this convention is to elect the international officers, review accomplishments of the past year, and set policies for the coming year. New programs are announced and renowned speakers participate. Members from your club should attend annually and adult advisors are always welcome.
